Autumn on the East Coast

We took a family trip out to the East Coast for work, to see Matt's brother's family, and to see some of our favorite spots in Connecticut and NYC. The boys had a great time playing with their cousins and visiting the Big Apple.

We had a beautiful fall here in Oregon. The boys are enjoying school, soccer, and exploring around Portland during the season.

Goodbye Summer 2011!

Fall is here and school is back in session. We had a busy summer, exploring Portland and Tillamook, 4th of July in Wisconsin, Repasky road trip to California, hiking in the Gorge, biking to a beach, horseback riding through a forest, and experiencing Mt St. Helens with family. Celebration at the top

Our climbing team danced our success at the top of Mt St Helens.

Mount St Helens

We made it - 5 miles, 4500 ft elevation in less than five hours! The climb was amazing - so many breathtaking views. Standing at the summit and staring at the volcanic dome was a dream come true. Big thanks to Mark Seker, our mountain guide and friend.

Horseback riding in Santiam State Park

Torin and Jamie had a wonderful day riding through the woods near Mill City, OR. It was Torin's first solo ride and he loved it - every time he trotted he would say 'this is awesome'!

Fountain Tour

The boys went on an adventure around town that included parks, water, trains, and trolleys. So much fun and so much to learn about Portland!
